Managing 150K in sales is surely nothing like managing 150M in sales...
As I've stated in another thread I've started another career, and I must say managing $150K in sales at IDi vs. managing and coordinating three departments, two divisions, staff, and $150M in sales around the globe is VERY different.
But it sure is fun
Any suggestion from seasoned marketing/sales managers, execs, etc. are HIGHLY welcomed. I'm still green and any help I can get I'll take

It all depends to what market you are referring to.....selling 150M worth of beer vs. selling 105M worth of kids meal toys is totally different.....what are we talking about here?

Sales is very situational. The single piece of advice that I would give is, develop relationships with all of the people that you are working with. Learn who can help you, because they are the people that you need.
