Was jumped and had the shit beat outta me by 4 dudes who wanted my car, the cops throw my ass in the car and wanna arrest me for aggrivated battery, reguardless of witness testimonies that I was clearly a victum.
Had my car broken into, cop accues me of insurance fraud and wants to arrest me.
Family member was raped and beaten by a man who broke into her home, cops harassed her and refused to take a report and refused to allow her to press charges. They also accused her of insurance fraud attempt.
I have never had a traffic citation, so id say my concerns for not trusting them are more legit, second, are you advocating the cover ups of police misconduct?

Isn't police cover up an oxymoron.
I have zero respect for the cops. I have never been jailed (well once but I don't really count that), but I have had lots of contact with them in profession and personal situations and never have I felt the love.
Bullies is probably the best word you can use to describe the typical cop.
The cop shows on TV don't even resemble real life cops and heaven forbid you need one for anything other than to give you a ticket.
Over the years I've been assaulted, tied up and shot at, robbed, had my house robbed, have multiple cars broken into, stolen or stripped and not once have I ever had even one cop be successful or even act like they care. If they stumble across a bad guy in the act and the bad guy is stupid and confesses then they might clear another crime, but they aren't out on the streets being cops like you read about in the books or see on TV. Those are works of fiction.
