for those who were not aware (forget that most will not care in the least), I had bought a Sanyo SCP-4500 about a year ago. It's really a good phone. When I bought my car in June, I joked that I bought it to match my phone, which is basically Silverstone (very very close, enough to pull off the story). Now Sanyo sells the SCP-4700 which seems to be pretty identical. The one exception is that it comes in more of a Sebring Silver than a Silverstone. I wonder if this was coincidence? Maybe there is something going on in Japan that we should know about that is affecting several markets... Just my observation on an afternoon with little else to think about except the drive home.
