If you address him with the same lack of grammar,e.g., "Okay, so me and this girl really are beginning to hate" "he'll tell me he dont have time to explain, and granted thats all good, if you dont have time you dont have time, " that you use in your post, he probably sees you as lost cause.

Did you do something to piss him off? generally the prof won't do that unless you did something negative that caught their attention.
what's up with the kid getting him coffee? aid? or just a regular student.

A good way to start and not end up on that MTV show is to not post here ;p
But I would do something like glue his key hole... I won't say if I did it or not... But it usually delays his whole day and screws up their schedule causing him to work more and stress out ;p You should also go into his classroom one day without anyone in there and check out his desk... Does he keep candy? Pencils? Pens? All these can help you in a good prank ;p
I will admit that I used to 'misplace' my history teacher's educational videos all the time... We ended up with free time while he tried to figure out where they went ;p At the end of the year... I told him what I did... And he didn't care ;p
