nothing works, medicine, medication, dermatologists, even those small, not- so- clean "skin care" places.

This is a problem which takes time so you have to be patient. I can go a whole 5 or 6 mins without thinking about naked women now... and I don't get the zits anymore!

I still get zits every once in a while, I still think of naked chicks all the time, and I'm 28.

 

"accutain" works well too, but it kills my liver.

 

I had a prescription from a doctor, and it did clear it up if I kept taking the pills, but I hate taking pills... now the prescription is empty, so I just Oxy Oxy Oxy... so far it's been not too bad.

That's unfortunate because Acutane is a "godsend" for most zits proned people. I did the Acutane thing over 8 years ago and it worked for me (and I'm no spring chicken). Like yourself, some people have horrible side effects with this drug. I think the FDA had even released a warning about some of them, including depression leading to suicide. (I nearly stepped out in front of a speeding semi trailer once but I don't think it had anything to do with Acutane - it was more like the truck was coming at me on black ice with all wheels locked and jack-knifed. I still get the odd one if I don't clean my mug every day or if I shove my face into the diesel exhaust of the firetruck one time too many (j/k).
I'm not so sure it has anything to do with thinking about naked women but what you do while you're thinking about naked women. Are your palms growing hair?

 

I hate pimples. I had a huge one on my back like 5 days ago. It was the size of a lima bean. It hurt so bad. My mom had to pop it. This is a weird part... there were 3 little black rock like things in their. It was small as a bread crumb and hard as stone. It was very weird. The wound is still there and it is soo itchy.
