He arrived here from Marysville, CA (about a 1,000 mile round-trip) ten days ago:

George is doing okay. Aside from letting me drive the Vette, he's been up to the same excellent quality of life for which he has been accustomed.

That said, great lookin' dog there Bill.

Incredibly busy.

More than ready for USC; let's hope that Sark has his <stuff> together this year!

Found out last Monday that I need to have my left knee replaced; that'll probably happen over the Christmas break.

School (CSULB) starts in a couple of weeks; I'm teaching 4 or 5 classes.

Horses are doing well, TJ (our other collie) is slowing down considerably (he's about 12, so he's earned it). The cats are doing OK (though Carlton just did something to his right hind leg: 6 weeks or so of bed rest). Marlana's great, and the kids are all doing well.

Say hi to Marlana. I had a hip replacement in 2011 and 12 inches of my colon, a fistula in my bladder, and a baseball sized growth blocking my colon removed in March. I feel great! Anne Marie and the dogs are doing well also.

He still needs to meet the horses.

I suppose that he'd be better with sheep.

He's 15 weeks old now, and starting to get his big dog legs: he bounces (a little bit) less, and canters/gallops a lot more. Yesterday he was running around the back yard as TJ (our 11 - 13-year-old pound puppy) used to do.
