Everyone!


This is in regards to the over ing in our part of the forum.....as much as everyone is welcome in The Corner, its getting kind of overdone when people come in and post useless smileys or posts in every thread.....it throws our conversations off as well as clutters our own personal user screens.

As of now, the three who have done this are personally cool guys, that I have dealt with or personally met. But please, we dont outside the Corner like that, so please respect our area and do the same...

I don't really mind so much about it cluttering the personal user screens because if you're in the corner, it will always get cluttered.. it also doesn't really throw off conversation, what's one post per thread amidst hundreds?? .. so the moral of the story is, it's just a forum, who cares

 

We mind. It may be just a forum to you, but it's a bit more to some of us. We don't interrupt you when you're talking to your friends, so please give the same courtesy.

We welcome anyone (well, almost anyone ) that wants to join in the conversations and banter with us, but the random smilies and comments that have no bearing on the flow of conversation are distracting...and not in a good way like when a really attractive person walks by and you lose focus...

 

Granted, it's more than a forum to some, but considering the premise of The Corner, or at least what others percieve it to be, you really can't blaim them... one smilie amidst hundreds never borrowed us before , even if it didn't make sense.

 

Theoretically speaking, If a member of the corner did the exact same thing, do you think this thread would still exist? Would it still be a nuisance?
