Somehow this would take the romance out of driving for me!

It looked kind of weird seeing the driver not move when steering the car.
I always thought the word "driving" was a verb, and verbs describe ACTION!

Bad idea.

It would be weird to try driving without a steering wheel. I'd probably crash right into a wall, the first time I tried.

That would feel pretty wierd but I seem to have no problems driving on Need for Speed etc. with a joystick (or wheel and pedals for that matter ) The system would need some kind of feedback though to let you know what's going on!

sounds weird and unnatural...not sure how easy it would be to operate in that manner but i wouldn't want to make the switch unless there was proof of better response adn everything like that
