You should meet him and then be totally not interested in the girl. It'll have the opposite effect... underwear model will be like, "yah, that's what I thought, nobody's really into this chick... she must be damaged."
It'd be even better if you gave all the attention to the guy and dissed the girl. Then you could get her all insecure (being dissed by everyone) and have some crazy low-self esteem sex.
