I used to put my middle finger through the sun roof of my BB6, but I'm too exposed with the top always down so I'll shake my head at most like an admonishing father.

I suppress the rage that builds inside me and smile and wave. I find that it catches them off guard usually..

 

I smile as I return the finger to them. If they continue to stare at me I'll laugh and repeat the gesture making sure they can see I'm laughing at them. As long as they are pissed off and I'm having fun it's all good.

 

Make sure you explode it at the end like in The Hangover, lmao.

 

 

I usually pull out my gun and shoot them. That usually teaches them.
