Default Might be buying looking for a condo in Miami

I know there are plenty of Florida folks here. I'm wondering if any of you guys/gals have good tips on condos along beach/harbor in Miami. I live in San Diego and real-estate prices are fairly high so I'm use to the 1/2 million dollar range. Please fill me on areas to look for or avoid.

You should try posting this in the Fla club.

Make contact with a well known brokerage in the area you are looking. Remember, you want to purchase as close to assessed value as possible, being that you are looking at beachfront property location won't be a problem. I'm looking in Cali.

You should have no problem finding one, but a condo, especially in the harbor area gets very pricey, i suggest what under-rated said, also one of the community organizers, Mav, If im not mistaken has a condo up in the market... you should post in the SoFla forums, or PM him.
