Since there are only a limited number of possible solutions that will be chosen and the symbols are duplicated, the correct symbol will always appear. Well, at least if you add and subtract correctly.

Its all based on the fact that if you do the math right, it will always be right.
its whatever is next to a muliple of 9 up to 81, since after that, you're gonna subtract too much for it to matter.
