Need help finding info on this old Ford engine.
Hey guys, we just salvaged a Ford-powered Jacobson ride-on mower. It should run fine, though it hasn't been started in a few years.
Anyways, it's a Ford 1.1-liter inline-4, model 2271E.

If anyone can link me to a site where I may be able to find info on this, it'd be greatly appreciated.
BTW, it's going on our gokart - we just finished retrofitting an 18hp V-twin generator engine, but found it wasn't enough power.

I haven't found it but I turned up a site that might be of use to you. It also seems that Ford made a bunch of 1.1L engines and is still making at least one version.
