Hey folks,
I know many of you are gadget lovers and lately I have been thinking about getting a dv of some sort, so I just wanted to poll. I was wondering what your experiences have been with these doodads. Actually I'm looking into a TV (something like a 36" flat screen) as well so if you have any comments/suggestions on these I'm all ears... well mostly ears anyways.

Thanks

I would recommend Sony mini DV PC 110. It has many cool features but the best one: it allows you to produce MPEG files directly on camcorder. Go to Sony website and check it out...

How much do you have to spend? what are your other requirements(16x9 mode, small form-factor, interchangable lenses, 3-ccd, progressive scan, ability to take stills)?

I've got the Sony DCR-PC100. Fantastic camera for both movies and stills. I recommend it highly.
