You're 100 lbs?

I weigh 143 lbs and am 5'9". I can't imagine someone my height and weight being able to lift so much, but if it's true, which I'm sure it is, that's amazing. You should've asked him how he was able to do so much.

^ I didn't talk to him because other people were already talking to him. But next time, I will ask for permission to take some pics or record on my cell phone. I'll probably ask to be his friend too.

I've never seen anyone do that much at that gym. The most I've seen was some guy doing 415 and he was a big guy, probably closely 300lbs. But this guy was amazing, something out of the ordinary. I wonder why he hasn't become famous yet (for his unusual strength).

Size doesn't equal strength. I'm 6'0", and 210lbs, and have dropped guys that look like Arnold Governator like flies. Look at the worlds strongest man competitions...Mr.Olympia contestants probably can't lift 1/4 of what those Icelandic freaks can.

Was the guy wearing a shirt? He probably had a very high arch, wide grip, and benefited from being short (short bench stroke).

I used to powerlift in college and it was very common to see that kind of bench. With the proper technique it is very possible. Just check out Westside Barbell for some really strong guys.

Nonetheless it is very impressive.
