When I did wrestling in high school, I weight 103lbs (lowest weight class) and was about 5"2. I needed alot of upper body strength so I worked out like crazy. My highest bench was 225lb (2 slabs of 45s each end). You wouldn't believe it, but I was like a little monster. My body fat was about 4%. I could wrestle people in upper weight class and destroy them.

...not any more though, since I discovered alcohol, and my 8 packs became a keg.

Im 5'2 100lbs and I just raised my bench to 175. I could never imagine benching anything over 200lbs though, I think my arms would snap.

I am 5'11" 175lbs and benched 275 faily easily the other day.... 300lbs is about as good as I will ever get....

like stated above, I have heard of guys with thick chests, wide grips and those goofy rubber shirts benching huge amounts of weight but only having to move the bar the legnth of my cock....10"

While I doubt the guy is a farmer, you'd be surprised how strong a person can be with out actually looking like it.

When I was in highscool, it was is a rural town, and we had two camps, the jocks that spent all their time working out, built like brick shit houses. The other guys were just average looking guys, that happened to work the farm everyday after school, bail hay, etc.

These farm kids were about 5 times stronger then the weight lifting kids, and you'd never know it to look at them.

So that's one theory, the other, I dunno, I'm not a doctor, but there's probably something to do with muscle density, or something that. I'm a fairly skinny guy, but much stronger then I appear, my Dad is this little wirey guy and I've seen fits of strength from him that would put Mr. Olympia to shame.

So to sum up, I have no idea
i remember working with a big muscular guy at a bar who couldn't move a half keg very well when he first started... i had way less muscles but had been there for a while so knew some technique... was kind of rewarding showing that fag up... ... of course he figured it out pretty quickly but......

Ya, I know. I was a little monster back then.

...now I barely work out, so I'd be happy if I can do 135lbs. LOL!! I think last time I worked out was 2 years ago. I need to get back into it. hahahah

That much is nuts! I'm a big guy but never got past benching 375 lbs. My wrists started to bother me.
