Must have been a slow day or something. I figured the operator would have said "You can't call for BS like this, I am hangin up and if you call again its a crime".

Yep, you are correct. The more I listen to it, and play it for members of my family, the more I am saddened to think that that lady probably went home thinking she had done NOTHING wrong, and that the people at 911 were jerks. She probably told her story to her friends and family and they all felt sorry for her that the people at 911 did not send a police officer out to solve her 'problem'. You can tell the lady is a moron because when the 911 operator originally tells her they are not sending someone out there is this long silent pause like she is stunned. Evidently people that stupid cannot fathom that the rest of the world is not as dumb as they are.

Sorry.

She said the most common incorrect calls are for barking dogs and directions. People also call to find out the time. She also said normally she'd be mad, but the call was so incredioulous that she just laughed. The lady that called was frustrated, and the manager of the BK offered her her money back and she said she didn't want a refund, she wanted her sandwich made right. The operator finally told her to take the refund and leave.
