I don't get why she wouldn't say what the car is? Wouldn't she be more likely to get more money for it if people know what it is?? She says she has the right to sell the item in the Q&A, but that doesn't really make sense if the ex-hubby bought it....

I smell scam. Big time.

Having posession of the keys is nothing. If I find somebody's keys, I can't drive off with their car without getting arrested for grand theft. Having the title doesn't even mean anything unless it's properly signed over to the purchaser, and since the father supposedly purchased it, nothing the mother can do will make this a legal sale. If this auction does go through, the seller will get lots of money and the buyer will get a box of useless keys.
