The fingers and body size all match with a raccoon, as does the skull's main feature. The teeth are like raccoon teeth and the only "odd" part is the front of the skull. The skull (as it is in the picture) doesn't match ANYTHING in the world right now, so that means it's probably just heavily damaged. A few other sites are discussing it and they posted pictures of real skulls and such and it does match a raccoon, overall.
