Produces 276hp and revs to 9000rpm. Wow that sure is competition for the S2000. I wonder how many liters is the engine? Hopefully more than 2.5 so that we can still keep the 120hp/L record

Not even close... It will be heavier and it is a 4 seater. Different segment all together....Although, I have to say I think I might like it...and I love rotory engines!

it will have to be a grocery getter with the kids - that is if kids are in my future, and right now, I dont think I can have kids, it would be quite difficult to have them all on my own.

If I remeber right the show car only displaced 1.3 liter, redlining at 11,000 rpm making 276HP @ 9000 rpm and 166 lb*ft of torque at 8000 rpm and weighed in at around 2800lb.

RENESIS rotary engine if produced (probably will be) in masses will have the highest power per displacement ratio among naturally aspirated engine in a production car.
But F20C will remain the highest output per liter piston engine in mass production.

RX-Evolv will use the 80cu.in. 1.3L 13B engine. But, leave it up to Ford to stop/slow Mazda from producing anything that would take a bit of glamor away from their Mustang or Cougar. I still enjoy my '82 Rx-7 GSL, but my Stook wins hands-down.
