Default More dreams with no caffiene!!!

I decided to try Caffine Free Mt. Dew to help wein myself off of Mt. Dew.

Anyway, i usually hit the bed and fall right to sleep now, and I have about a million dreams per night now. I guess I am sleeping more deep.?

Anyone else experience this.

Deeper REM sleep w/o caffine. The mind will try to make up lost REM time if deprived

I went to a sleep lecture by renown sleep expert Dr. J. Moss. What he says is that if you are remembering your dreams, you are waking up throughout the night. After a solid night's sleep, you may remember pieces of your last dream, but most often you will remember nothing.

I would guess that your body is conditioned to sleep at a certain chemical level. Now that you have removed that chemical your body is trying to adapt. You are likely going through caffine withdrawl which is waking you up several times a night.
