Movie Gaffes!
Many years ago I saw some swashbuckler film: something along the lines of muskateers or whatever. There was one scene where a horse-drawn carriage was speeding through a grassy field toward a cliff. In the overhead shot you could see the shadow of the helicopter moving along the ground.
Twenty years ago there was the episode of the Nightrider television show in which someone was shooting at a helicopter and hit the engine. When they showed a shot of the instrument panel - presumably people won't believe that a helicopter is really in trouble unless they see the gauges going whacko - there was a Dymo label by one button that read "simulated helicopter engine sputtering noises" or something similar.
