MURDER someone and it's caught on vid
Man, Oakland.
Worst city in the US in my eyes.... Too bad i live 20minutes from there.
Cop should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law as any citizen would be. I can understand some brutality here and there since they deal with A LOT of shady characters, but shooting to kill in that situation was complete HATE induced IMO.

Police don't shoot to wound... no such thing. You shoot because your life is in danger and you need to KILL the suspect, no in-between.

read a little, it helps
"A person close to the investigation told the San Francisco Chronicle that BART officials are looking into the possibility that the officer thought he was firing a Taser and pulled out his gun by mistake."

cops are supposed to use lethal force only if the suspect is threatening their life... so if the dude is on the f'ing ground (which he was, as proved by the bullet wound...) he was obviously not threatening the cop's life. so they come up with this ridiculous explanation which no one will believe, and we're all supposed to quietly go 'oh, well, i'm sure he had his reasons.'
like s2000raj said first i wanna know everyones story b4 taking a side.
BUT saying that you took out your gun by accident and you thought it was your taser is BS. A gun and a Taser feels totally different. And when a person is clearly subdued you cant TASER him either! If the story is completely true and than F**K manslaugther he should be charged with 2nd degree murder. This is worse than rodney king. Rodney king was worthless POS. he deserved his ass beating

^ No one deserves that kind of an ass beating...but it is slightly more palatable since he was a crack head....
yeah sure... If you have close to a .2 BAC, you run from the cops in your car over 100+ mph, you than grab an officers ass, and than when they try to arrest you, you get off the ground and try to hit an officer, than you get hit with a taser but dont go down and continue to try to hit the officers WTF do you think is gonna happen? hes lucky hes not dead
