If any of you guys listen to P.O.D., any song off thier new album is good for driving, or Rock the Party(Off the Hook) from their last album would be fine just the same.

Radiohead, Bjork, Blonde Redhead, Aphex Twin, Don Caballero, Jay-Z, Trans Am (the band), Shellac, Ornette Coleman, Paul Oakenfold, Cannonball Adderley, Miles Davis, Amon Tobin, Black Sabbath, The Beta Band, Steve Miller, Brian Eno, Red Snapper, Mogwai, Charlie Parker, PJ Harvey, Gustavo Cerati, Cheap Trick, Missy Elliott, Coldplay, Chemical Brothers, Boards of Canada, Ennio Morricone, Deftones, Fatboy Slim, New Order, Helium, Led Zeppelin and John Coltrane would be good choices, to name a few. Although I doubt most people would share such a wide taste in music.

There is so much incredible music out there, it's tough to limit yourself to one genre of good driving music.

To me, the music you play is all about the mood you're in. Problem is you might not know what music is out there that sounds just like what you wanna feel like when you drive. I was fortunate to work as a DJ at my college and got exposed to tons of different types of music. Problem is, it also turned me into a avid music collector who blows a ton of money on records

ZZ Top (especially Eliminator) - there is a band who know cars...

(and beards!)

Also keep a couple of the latest dance compilations in the changer.

Old Allman Brothers with Duane Allman and Led Zeppelin. Single songs would be Radar Love by Golden Earring and Free Bird by Lynard Skynard
