I've answered many of these, but I'm stuck on this one.

A while ago was on youtube searching for some song, and came across a cover of it by another band. It was from what I understand one of the new "hip" bands.

All I can remember is this John Mayerish type guy on the piano, and that Tom DeLonge from Blink was in the band on an acoustic guitar.

I've searched for over an hour and can't find it again, but I remember I liked it.

Any help?

No, it's not actually one of his bands, he was just there for some reason.

Nope, it wasn't him singing, some other guy.. he was very good if I recall.

DeLonge was just there filling in I think, everything I've read says nothing about him actually being in any other bands

I don't listen to either of those guys but they in that group of pop music you could be thinking of
