ack! back spasms! sorry to hear that S2K Fan, I know exactly how those feel. and oddly enough its difficult for anyone else to imagine if you haven't been there. think if being immobile, but to the point where if you so much as attempt at trying to turn over in your bed you will scream! ugh! =/ last time that happened I was laid up in bed for three or four days until I got a shot of demorol to help ease the siezing up. ack =/ not fun at all.

guess we gotta hold off on sending over that companion.
