My hearts with you, my dad just had quadruple by-pass last Thursday, it is really hard seeing him with tubes and monitors all over his body.

sorry to hear all those cases yall had. but thats so great for me to see how truely you all love ur elders. for me, i have never seen my grandfather since he passed away right after my birth and my grandmother passed away when i was a little like 9 or 10. that was very very sad. my grandmother and uncle were in a car on the way to graveyard where my grandfathers grave is in. i dont know exactly what happened but my uncle accidently stalled his car right in the middle of railroad while the train was running towards the passengers side of the car. thats where my grandmother sit. and BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jesus called her a bit earlier to have her next to him and my uncle unbelievably survived with no body damage. she was only 55 or something but yeah dats very sad happening. even if she didnt have her full life, i wish she lives in the safest place ever up in the sky blessing me all the time.

You and your grandma will be in my prayers tonight. May she have a speedy recovery and come home soon.

All the best from over here in Boston.

I wish the best for your grandmother. Hope she gets better soon. You just brought a tear to my eye. I too have a grandma I hold dearly. She's also 84 and in good health. I love spending as much time as possible with her. If I were you, I would cherish each and every second that you spend with your grandmother. I always have fun with mine, grandmothers are so cute. She always puts a smile on my face.

Best wishes

To those whose loved ones live in a nursing home, WATCH AND OBSERVE CAREFULLY. I cannot stress this enough. Visit them often because those places are just horrible. Horrible. If people who work there know that their patients have loved ones close by, they will be more apt to take better care of them. Let them be aware of your presence. You grandparent's lives may depend on it. I'm not kidding.
