Here's answers to some questions:
did you ever consider the smaller Gallardo?
I strongly considered the Gallardo. Then I figured if I go I'd go BIG. For all practical purposes the Gallardo is a better car. Newere design, more nimble etc. It's a great sports car whereas the Murci is a hypercar. I was messing with Tapout Tom about the G being a beginner's car. I came close to getting a gallardo superleggera. I found new demo ones for the same price as my used Murci but in the end I went for the insanity of the Murci.

I think it's the opposite. Not to speak anything of Raj, but generally when I see or thinkof a lambo owner, I think of a cocky you rich shit brick. Ferrari screams refinement, and refined owners

That said... slap on some HRE P40's and call it a day

It's funny, but I've found the opposite to be true. The Lambo owners I've met and hung out with have been really cool people who have really given me great help and advice even before I bought the car. I've noticed on the other hand, that there are a lot of 'F fags' that are really snobby and not real enthusiasts.

I guess there's both with each type of car.
