Default My moms s2k got jacked "of sorts"

My mom and stepdad own a prominant auto shop just east of dallas towards the country. My mom keeps her car close to the front door and doesnt usually lock her car. Today some fool stole her shift knob and the 40 bucks she had in the consol. I feel bad for the person that stole her stuff if she ever finds out who they are. Just crappy what the world is coming to, most everyone they have in their shop is a regular or is a friend of a friend. Stupid stupid people.

No offense, because I feel bad for what happened, but I always lock my car. Even when its sitting out front of my store, in plain view... I just prefer to avoid this sort of thing.

I hear what you are saying, but this is out toward the country where everyone knows everyone. stuff like that just doesnt happen around there, my mom just bought a Ricks voodoo shift knob. In the end its all good. The funny thing is that she had several thousand dollars in her jacket pocket she forgot about, and they didnt even touch it.

Sorry for your moms problems but, Plano has a population of 180,000+. Guaranteed there are some nut cases out there. Even here in HV, population 12,000, I lock the doors every time I get out of my car.
