My new baby, and my biggest weakness
Well, I have four, and I still need a few more to cover all guitar types adequately.
I've always thought Ibanez made nice instruments, but it's funny how their fortunes have changed. It's just a matter of perception. Back in the 80s they were generally thought of as a cheap japanese copy guitar company, I seem to recall. Back then Kramer and Jackson were the hot manufacturers for no good reason. Then in the 90s some well known musicians began using Ibanez, and now the young people think Ibanez is cool once again, especially the 7 stringed variety. I'm happy to see that you stayed with six.

You have G.A.S. (Guitar Acquisition Syndrome) and need help.
Trust me, I had it bad and reached ten before I finally got a Parker Fly and decided that was the best and most beautiful guitar I'd ever own and suddenly all the strats, teles, Ibanez', PRSs and LPs just didnt seem so sweet to me anymore. I stopped, but unfortunately a good many are still hanging out in closets *just in case* I need that certain special tone. If if ever get off my ass, I'm gonna purge what's left and just keep the Fly and an accoustic. My latest passion is the S2K and I think I'd rather hear the sweet tones of a supercharger than an overdriven Marshall these days.
P.S. Watch out for Amp Acquisition Syndrome also. The only way to stop that is to get several Matchless DC30s and them babies put me in the poor house.
