Ive been a chubby guy for awhile. I finished getting my S2000 to the point where I want it and needed something new to work on.So Ive decided to finally change myself. Im looking to drop quite a bit of weight and tone up before SEMA this year. In Januruary I was at 278lbs and as of Sunday Im down to 257lbs. I started out by just cutting back and portion control. Then I started working out a couple weeks ago at the gym. Now Ive got a pretty routine where I go everyday and put in a pretty decent workout. My diet is consisting of low carb/high protein foods that I eat in small portions throughout the day. Ive been making videos to keep track my progress and so I can see how much I change. I also hope people find some motivation from my videos for themselves, If I can do it by myself then anyone can do it!

Here is the 3rd episode. We went on a family reunion to the inlaws this past weekend. It was hard to stay focused and strong with all the grandkids snacking on sweets and junk all around me. Dinners were pretty hard too since they were doing quick and easy things like pizza and macaroni and cheese. My wife and I did good though and stayed strong. I am down a few more pounds and lost some inches off my chest, stomach, and waist. More to come! Please share with your friends, the views and comments really help keep me motivated! Thanks

Good luck! I'm pretty much the same build as you. Back in January I wieghed in at 283, now I'm 245. The biggest thing that help shed the weight the fastest was stop drinking soda's and sugar drinks (i.e. energy drinks, chocolate milk, regualr snapple, arizona's etc.) then cut back on my portions, I could inhale a whole pizza by myself, now i have 1 slice when i have pizza.
