This is gonna sound a little crazy but my main for of cardio is drumming, I play for about 2 hours a day. during the week then for as long as i can on weekend. or until the wife comes downstairs ready to plunge a drumstick through my eye socket. I cant do much running because i have pins in boths knees and 1 ankle (hockey for 15yrs) and they get sore. A friend of mine gave me the idea to try it and it really works, my arm and leg muscles have also gotten stronger and lean.
