Yea, but your dashboard will get all messed up when you chop up the coke.
Not if you place a CD case underneath it and do the chopping with a credit card, driver's license, or student ID, instead of a razor. Or so I've heard.

I hate to admit this, but my favorite thing about my S2K was the braking. I had put some 18" WORK wheels on it, as well as some Yokohama A032R ADVAN tires (professional auto-x tires), I loved the 120-0 in the thing. It was cool to see people's feet come off the floorboard and their hands out in front of them like they were reaching for dear life, all the while being choked by the seatbelt. Ah, memories...

Lets face it, life is a risk. There is a million different ways to die. You could get struck by lightning, develop a terminal disease, airplane accident, slip on a banana peel, ect, ect, ect. This doesn't mean that we should live like hermits our entire lives. This doesn't mean that we shouldn't do the things that we love to do. (unless you get thrown in jail ) Face it, we are all gonna cash in our chips sooner or later, (hopefully a little bit later ) but until that day, I'm gonna live life to the fullest.

As far as respecting other people's emotions, I fully agree with giving full respect toward the way others feel regarding certain events or pastimes. In this case, the pastime is driving a sportscar through the twistys.

Before I set foot into somebodys car, sportscar or not, the first thing I say is "don't kill us" When somebody sets foot in my car, (the S2K) and they don't like the way I drive, I respect that and will turn it down a notch. I would never drive hard with a passenger unless I knew them very well and that they wouldn't mind at all. I once had a female passenger ride with me at Sears Point that I had known for only 20 minutes. She loved every minute of it. I even purposely hit the rumble strips at the exit of the carousel just to add a little extra drama. She was like "it ain't no thang"

I only drive the S2K on the track or the twistys and canyons out in the country. Therefore, if they don't like it, it will be their last ride.

obviously, you didn't understand what i said. i have no problem with one making the conscious choice to risk his/her own life. (in fact, i do it all the time) i only said that it is wrong to unnecessarily risk/endanger someone else's life (e.g. you passenger) without his/her consent.

this is merely a more elaborate rephrasing of what i originally said. to reiterate mayself once again: one should not unnecessarily risk/endanger someone else's life (e.g. you passenger) without his/her consent.

I never insinuated that it was ok to turn the wick up without the passengers consent. I merely stated that I would rather hit a rabbit or something rather than hit an oncoming automobile

dude, this was just a hypothetical senario. who knows?? maybe it is an adult male deer that all of a sudden runs down the hill and onto the road right in front of you, whereupon you hit it, lose control and the rear end of your car end up swinging onto the other side of the road resulting in the oncoming vehicle t-boning you. the bottom line is that unexpected sh!t happens that will may cause you to end up in fatal accidents. again, if you are the only person in the car and you end up killing/hurting yourself, then that's fine, cuz it's merely a repurcussion of your own choice and decision, but when you end up killing/hurting your passengers (particularly the ones who were not down with your aggressive driving), then that's where the problem lies. of course it's also not okay to have harmed the animal and the individuals in the other vehicles, but that's another topic...
