Hi, the site is clean -- which is a good thing. I would make the navigation bars and text larger though. Not only is it hard to read because it's so small, but white text on a white to blue gradient is killer on the eyes.

Also, I would increase the size of your header and make the graphic element more pronounced. Right now it's a small photo of what appears to be houses with a thick black band.

I have a big one.

You cover different types of loans, but i have been hearing rather shady offers on the radio lately.

Such things are: 1% loans (usually introductory rate)
Loans that offer the ability to pay something like $1500/mo for $400K mortgage, and the newest thing: negative-equity loans.

Then there's the thing like reverse mortgages.

I like the site because it uses "plain english" to describe terms.

It also helped me realize that I might still be eligible for a VA loan due to my war service, even though my reserve unit tried to screw me over on my separation/discharge.

glad it helped.

because there are so many sites out there that aren't straight-forward or spin facts around so much is the reason that I decided to start up this website. people can get a lot of information for free if you know just where to look

it's hard to cover all types of loans as every lender has their own programs and such. but I'll try to include as much as I can when I next update the site.

thanks!!!

You don't need to talk about all the different types, more like the new stuff that's being offered:

"The 1% loan"
"Negative equity loans"
etc.

I, for the life of me cannot imagine why anyone would want a negative equity loan, except possibly in the case where we have a housing market that appreciates 20%+ per year and that outstrips the negative equity. But then again, what do I know?

Site looks good. Only thing that I would add to buying is get a certified inspection. You can normally charge this to the seller. I can point out a number of deficiencies that may go unnoticed by the buyer.
