Seriously, I made the image smaller for you and put it in my server space. Use this code and put it in place of the PhotoPoint URL that points to your current picture in your signature...you're s Cisco guy, so I know you know how to copy and paste! Just copy this entire URL and drop it in the sig file where the other pic's is...

Hey Greg.....you've squished his pic. It looks more like a Boxter on my screen! The original was in a ratio of 138:114 pixels. You've made it 120:63. I guess math isn't your strong point!
