My sleep habits are horrible.
I've always been horrible about waking up in the morning, but it's never a problem if I plan my sleep accordingly.
Now I can't fall asleep until about 4-5 A.M. and I wake up at 4 P.M.
How can I correct this as soon as possible? I feel like crap lately, but I'm not sick.
It was just 2 weeks ago I had to pull two all nighters, so maybe my body is just confused. I just want to get this fixed. I miss going to bed early and waking up early. I felt my absolute best then.
Should I take something? Benadryl, an OTC Sleep-Aid, Valium? Or is there anything a little bit more friendly I can do? I don't particularly care for warm milk.

That's what I've tried the past two nights, but I literally sit there for about 3-4 hours until I fall alseep.
I think I'm going to also avoid caffeine today and see what happen. I have been drinking a lot of Cherry Coke lately.

Go to bed at your normal hour, get up at like 9-11am and tough out the day.
The problem is as you then wake up at 4pm, you have not been awake long enough by the time you go to bed. It is then a vicious circle you need to break. So you will need to tough out that day when you have had maybe only 4 hours sleep.
Then you will be tired enough to sleep when you go to bed.
When you lay awake stop worrying about it. Think: well if I am short on sleep tonight, I will sleep better tomorrow night, so this is not a problem.
Reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar intake (fizzy drinks) would help too.

I am off to bed now.
Work-out like crazy/excercise vigorously during day hours so your body needs rest. I'm not a Dr or anything but it sounds like your brain won't shut off when it's supposed to. If you body is screaming for a break, your brain will follow suit.
And it's probably the most safe/healthy way to break your cycle.
Have access to a large lap pool (school, YMCA, club...)? Try doing the breast-stroke for as long as you can. You'll be snoozing not long after.

Your biorhythm is off. The advice above is pretty accurate. To be more precise, "reset" your clock by waking up at a regular time in the morning regardless of the time you went to sleep.
Also, make certain that you sleep in the dark. Light hinders the production/release of melatonin in your system which attributes to a less fitful sleep.

Take melatonin 30-60 minutes before the time you want to go to sleep. Do all the other stuff mentioned as well, i.e. wake up early and stay awake the whole day. The melatonin will hopefully reset your schedule.
This is what happens to me during Deer Season (which is less than 2 months away).
The first day I probably get up at 4:30am. Normally go to bed at around 12:00am. That first day I am fine but at around 7:00 pm I start loosing it and am ready to go to bed but force myself to stay up until atleast 9:00 or 10:00pm.
The second day is not as bad and I am up around 5:00 or 5:30am. That night I go to bed whenever my body tells me which is usually around 10:00pm. Its a nice cycle until the 4th day when I go back to work and have to be at work at 8:30am but get up at 6:00am (normally around 7:00am). But then I take the next few days off of work and start the cycle again!
