My sleep habits are horrible.
1 to 2 mg of melatonin works wonders for me. Although, if I take 3 mg or more, I only sleep real hard for about 4-5 hrs. It is natural and can be found in the grocery store with vitamins. Also, limit caffeine in the evening.

I've always been horrible about waking up in the morning, but it's never a problem if I plan my sleep accordingly.
Now I can't fall asleep until about 4-5 A.M. and I wake up at 4 P.M.
How can I correct this as soon as possible? I feel like crap lately, but I'm not sick.
It was just 2 weeks ago I had to pull two all nighters, so maybe my body is just confused. I just want to get this fixed. I miss going to bed early and waking up early. I felt my absolute best then.
Should I take something? Benadryl, an OTC Sleep-Aid, Valium? Or is there anything a little bit more friendly I can do? I don't particularly care for warm milk.
