Default My very good friend DOES NOT drink water

My buddy Jake dosent drink water. He helped me start and create my company early last year. Very very smart guy...but he dosent drink water. I was joking around with him yesterday, and said he'd be dead by 35. He said I'm probably right. He said water is in Coke and Juice. Dude is only in his early 20's and he absolutely HATES water. I've never met someone that cant/wont drink water. How does one live? It would be very stupid to lose a good friend and brilliant business person to something so dumb. I'm going to the fridge right now for a nice cold glass of water.

Do you or anybody else you know not drink water?

Has he tried sparkling water? I hate still water as well unless I am really thirsty, but I can drink any sparkling water anytime.

how do you hate water...if it's clean and pure, it literally doesn't have a taste.

I doubt he has. It sounds pretty ''foofoo,"if you know what I mean. I'll pick some up and have him try it. We were all trying to sober up last weekend and was drinking bottled water. He literally had a teaspoon's worth of a sip.

You do but there is no substitute for just plain water. It dosent contain all that other junk that coffee, gatorade, etc has in it. Its as basic as we can get. I hear you can have serious kidney problems down the road.

ive started drinking more water recently. i used to only drink dr. pepper (5-6 a day) or bud light (2-3 a week). early last week, i gave up sodas, altogether, and dont really miss them, although i did cheat and had one last night. ive been drinking 4-7 bottles of water a day. I used to NEVER drink water. not even when taking meds or anything.

I can't go a day without drinking water. In fact, by most standards I drink way too much. I average about 2.5 gallons of water per day. I have a 64 oz jug at work that I drink about 4 or 5 a day. Plus at home I have a 48 oz jug that I usually (not always) drink two of with dinner/tv watching.

On weekends if I don't get enough water its like I go into withdraws or something.
