"Got into a life threatening fight" a little dramatic isn't it?

After reading it again, I think the life-threatening fight had nothing to do with MySpace. At least I hope not...

I think a lot of you guys misunderstood and thinks this is funny. The life threatening fight actually happened and had nothing to do w/ myspace. We were friends and he was already added to myspace before the fight happened. And no its not internet fighting. The fight started as a fist fight that happened at his house. He eventually pulled out a knife and try to stab me. Our friends stopped him and I left. Since then I've never really spoken to him or the people that associate w/ him. Of course I don't want contact w/ him so I deleted him off first, but then I was wondering should I delete the people associate w/ him. It turns out I just canceled the acct. I'll just create another one if I want to.

if he tried to stab you, why is he not in jail for attempted murder/assault. If someone pulls a knife on me, he had better be ready to kill me because if I get the upper hand, I am absolutely going to kill him.

leave them as friends.... then add about 10000 more people as friends. There is no greater feeling then having 27,569 myspace friends

You say that now, but when things happen on the spot you'll react differently. No one thought of calling the cops at the time. And even if they did it would take the cops 40 mins to hr to show up. Thats enough time for someone to fabricate 2 different story. Since I was at his house he would probably say that he try to kick me out or he would of gotten rid of the knife or deny pulling one out. I don't think I would stick around if the cops were coming. Of course I would tell my side of the story, but it would still be my word against his word. There's no telling which sides would our friends take since they don't want to see either of us in jail.

You mention you would kill someone if you have the upperhand. I think twice if I were you. Unless if there's a camera that video taped the whole situation, even if you killed someone in self-defense your still responsible of facing murder charges and you'll have to prove that you were defending yourself depends on how the situation goes.

Actually manslaughter or reckless homicide would be the "possible" charges, but if someone pulled knife on me and I disarmed them or found another weapon I would use it on him, guaranteed. In a situation like that your "friends" would most likely tell the truth. Hire a good lawyer and you would have been fine.

I think I share the same sentiment. I know people who keep the same scabs around after they steal, lie, backtalk. None of that would fly with me...

...and if someone tried to KILL me! Good luck.

i loooove myspace. you guys realize that myspace has revolutionized social networking and the music industry?... i know it sounds dumb but it's true.

just delete them... if they're people that you don't care to keep contact with than just delete them. it's as simple as that. they'll still be able to view your profile... unless you set your profile to private.
