Default myth? truth 2

Is it true that if you drive a company car and you get a speeding ticket, the company pays for the speeding ticket and you don't get any points added to your driving record?

I'm sure you'll get the legal answer you're looking for; but, I would say you would be responsible for the ticket and would get the points. Just as if you caused an accident, you would be the responsible party IMO. Could you imagine all the company owned vehicles out there and people driving them recklessly without fear of getting a ticket?

false!! any ticket other than parking violations will be under your driver license. So yes you will get a point for speeding and getting pulled over. The car it's self have nothing to do with what you, the driver, do. For parking, since you're not present, the charge will just be mailed to the owner of the car, in this case the company.
