wat the heck is general joes? thats chinese food?.. fast food huh? ok.. how bout: Denny Chen's , Wendy Lee's, Mc. Wang's, Wenlee (with an asian version of the red headed chick from Wendys), China Bell, Stix and Balls? hehe jk.. sorta..

hmm sounds like you have a variety of asian food..
not really fusion...but maybe you could.. start it with Fusia...
Texasia?
There is a korean place close to me called " chopsticks and burgers "
or you could just use your first name?

wow I never realized how hard it was to think of names..
