it is HPV, its a very rare extremely untreated case that scientists think can be treated. listen for the guys name in the video and look him up, ive seen many articles on him including a wikipedia one (for ease of searching)

I call bs on that. Those people have more than one shirt. Moreover, if a shirt is worn for so long, it can deteriorate very quickly. It looks like the shirt is in somewhat new condition too.

For the record, I don't doubt there are some very strange diseases out there in the world that can even baffle scientists, but with this one, all the pieces don't fit in the puzzle. The first thing I noticed from watching the vid was his shirt and sleeves; I didn't look much at his hands. I guess I just have detective eyes to search for clues.
