Picabo made the downhill team. Her speciality was super G - she didn't make that.

Women ski a course which covers less vertical feet than the men. Same on World Cup. Hence their race is shorter.

Two times slope degrees equals percentage slope.

NBC sucks because they show very little competition, and too much "human interest" crap. European TV shows comps live, starting at #1 - 'til its over. Too many of the commentators on NBC don't know jack.

Bode kicked ass today.

I could care less who is winning the medal count.
