If that is real which it is not then that baby has to have the strongest legs ever. Hence it kick right through the uterus, and the intestines.

The intestines would be above the uterus. That picture is not unreasonable. The uterus could have a thin area there from a previous c-section which would make it quite dangerous if it was that lax. I've seen the outlines of feet (not quite like that) before kicking the mom's belly.
