Need help opening PDF forms
So two nights ago I was driving on Highway 280 in San Francisco in my Audi and hit a pothole. Within a few minutes the TPMS light came on and the front D/S tire that came in contact with the pothole was flat. Threw the spare on and brought the car to Royal Motors in SF the following morning for oil service and to have them patch up the tire, but since the damage is located closely to the sidewall they couldn't repair it - replacement including labor and tax came out to be $561 as the car is AWD and needs two tires replaced.
I'm seeking reimbursement from CalTrans (California Dept. of Transportation) and need to fill out some forms, but the link I click on keeps saying my Adobe Reader refuses to read it - I even downloaded the latest version of the software to no avail, and at this rate I'm pretty sure CalTrans is just dragging my feet. So can someone click on the link and tell me if it really works, or if its dead? Maybe download them and e-mail it to me? I promise you I'm not doing anything sketchy - I just want my forms and my $$$ back!

Thanks in advance!

Have Sabre fill out the forms for you.
There.
And magician, yes that's an "obvious" answer but I'd rather not bug Sabre and plus I didn't even know what additional information it entails.

Opened fine for me. I do get an Acrobat error using Firefox (version issues where FF doesn't like the version of Acrobat I have installed.), but I just click the "Click Here to active the Adobe Acrobat Plugin" like I do for every pdf doc I open.
It did take a while to load, presumably due to the active content/form itself and the rendering of that vs. a standard pdf document.
