---Need help with a quote to get the boss--
Ok long story short. I work at a job thats REALLY short staffed.. Been on 10 hour days for awhile now and working saturday. So 60 hour weeks is becoming a norm. We asked for more help.... Nothing...
The response in the email that went out to us. "if nothing changes, nothing changes" " if it is to be, its up to me"
I need a good response to that..
Lets see them!
Series responses guys.... I cant say %$*#W%& lol

I would simply respond, "If change is what it takes to improve the current situation, how can I be an instrument of change?" Short, sweet, to the point, and it puts the ball in management's court to make a suggestion.
Here's a good response:
"**** off, I'm going to work at a company where management respects their employees and they value work/life balance."
Also, you should point out that it's "it's", not "its" in the quote above. Management types love it when you point out their grammar/spelling errors.
