i set up a flame torch to burn the animals that approach my car. that's what it took to teach my cats at home to stay off the kitchen counter, and it worked too!!

jesus christ you people, it's a very select few that actually mean what they say when they talk violence on the internet. use some discretion yourself. if i were moderator i'd lock the thread b/c of the blatently political theme your post introduced, and definately not because some people use electric mats or joke about setting up automatic pellet gun systems. i mean come on!!!

it's arguments like these that i deal with regularly that won't let me watch posts like this or let attitudes like this go quietly. stick to the question and let other people give their answers, whether appropriate in your mind or not. remember this is writing, not a video conference.

i'm not very assertive about many things but allowing assholes and social rejects to voice their f***ed up opinions is one thing i will stand up for even if they're neo nazis that want to burn me in an oven. everyone has a right to talk smack and NOONE has the right to tell them to censor their words.

On a side note a friend of mine had just gotten a new car and the cat that lived in their garage kept sliding down the hood so they chased the cat out of the garage. Then a short time later a rat ate through a wire harness on the engine. Guess it was a trade off.

This thread has been brought to my attention. So please respect the requests of the other members and stick to answering the original question of how can you have cats not go onto your car.

This is Off-Topic and people do have the freedom to say what ever they want. But when fellow members have asked to stop joking around and stick to the topic, I would think that we are all mature enough to comply.
