I'm with you. Blockbuster screwed people for years with their ridiculous late fees. I haven't used them in eight years and don't think I'll ever go back. Netflix is tons better.

Great point. They're just trying to eliminate the competition and are losing tons of money doing so. Eventually all of these things that people like about BB that netflix doesn't do will either be gone or cost extra to do.

I really like the online viewing that netflix gives me every month. I've been watching episodes of the office from work while I eat lunch. Picture quality is amazingly good and it's a nice break. It also doesn't use up any of my rental discs.
