It's some rental attitude. Of course lower class people may be worse because they know the tricks and know you can sue them all you want, and you won't get crap.

I know of some people, who had plenty of money and came from good families who just didn't care because it was "a rental" and still didn't take care of it.

The rental thing is not easy by any means.

You've lasted longer than I thought you would doing this. You can't win with the "beat the system" folks. You charged lower than standard rent on your sec. 8's, gave the kids money for good grades, try to help them, and get screwed in the end. Even "good" home renters are a problem.

BTW, how do you treat a rental car?

good point.... I may run a rental car a litte bit hard, but I still don't leave stains all over the place....
