new 80g ps3?

Default new 80g ps3?

is there anything different about the 80g ps3, i tried to find some more info about it but i cant really find anyting except that it just 20g of more hard drive space.

There are some rumors that the new systems are running cooler than the old ones. Otherwise I don't know of any differences.

very stupid, they are knocking $100 of the price, but no backwards compatability. The wii is destroying everyone.

The 80gb got rid of the hardware backwards compatibility. It still has software backwards compatibility, though it probably isnt as good as having the hardware.

The new 40gb ones, I believe, are what have eliminated backward compatibility.

60gb's are still the best I believe, if you can find them.
